Return & Exchange Policy
Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Your rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered goods remain protected. Earlier purchase terms are preserved.
Contact dioglogtur@gmail.com with proof of purchase before returning anything. We provide authorization and the designated return address when needed. Required return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items is not charged to you. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method without restocking fees.
